Meet The Team Behind Grant Moana Dental

    Shyanne

    Shyanne has been an integral part of our office for 10 years, serving as office manager for the past four. In June 2024, she and her husband welcomed their first child, a beautiful baby girl. In her free time, Shyanne enjoys crafting, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places.

    Christina

    Christina began her dental career as a certified dental assistant after graduating from Chabot College in Hayward, California, in 1994. Over time, she discovered her strengths and interest in administrative roles, where she could make an even greater impact. Since joining our office in 2008, Christina has been instrumental in ensuring that operations run seamlessly. In her free time, Christina enjoys hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

    Donna

    Donna graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Des Moines Area Community College in 1985. After moving to Reno and obtaining her Nevada license, she joined our office in 2000. Her extensive experience includes dental hygiene, pediatrics, and periodontics. Outside of work, Donna loves crafting beautiful cards and traveling to explore new cultures.

    Amanda

    Amanda was born and raised in Reno. She pursued her education at Carrington College in Boise, Idaho, where she graduated in 2022. Amanda joined our office in 2024, and her enthusiasm, skill, and patient-centered approach have quickly made her an invaluable member of our team. When she's not at work, Amanda loves spending time outdoors. Her hobbies include fly fishing, hunting, hiking, and practicing archery.

    Lisa

    Lisa has over 30 years of experience as a dental assistant. She graduated from Lodi Career Center in Wallace, California, in 1991 and joined our office in 1994 after moving to Reno. Lisa treasures spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren and brings warmth and expertise to her role.

    A Reno native, Rachel graduated from the National School of Dental Assisting in 2017. In addition to her dental expertise, Rachel pursued her love of baking by attending culinary school at TMCC, where she earned a certificate in baking. In her free time, she enjoys camping, creating delicious baked goods, and spending time with her three dogs.
