Insurance Update - January 1, 2026

We have recently been informed that Medicare-Prominence has transitioned its dental insurance coverage from First Continental Life to Liberty Dental. At this time, our office is not contracted with Liberty Dental and is therefore unable to accept this insurance. If you have an upcoming appointment, please contact our office so we can discuss payment options or how you would like to proceed with your dental care.
